What You’ll Do Sales & Client Coordination - Be the first point of contact for sales inquiries, group bookings, and catering requests - turning "maybe" into "confirmed" with polished professionalism. - Process contracts and proposals under brand guidelines, ensuring flawless execution. - Assistwith revenue strategies by updating rate plans and tracking market trends. Event & Catering Hustle - Coordinate seamless events, from intimate meetings to large-scale catering functions. - Liaise between clientsand operations to deliver unforgettable experiences. - Jump into action during tradeshows and promotions - setting up displaysand wowingpotential clients. Marketing Magic - Create eye-catching promotional materials (digital ads, brochures) that align with Delta’s brand standards. - Maintain client databases and loyalty programs to keep our outreach sharp and personalized. - Be aware and contribute to ourcompetitoradvantage(SWOT analysis) and spot opportunities to keep us ahead. Behind-the-Scenes Excellence - Generate reports on bookings, revenue, and campaign performance - your insightsdrivedecisions. - Keep inventory and supplies stocked so events run without a hitch. - Tackle administrative tasks with precision, ensuring the sales teamoperateslike a well-oiled machine. How You Excel Hospitality Pro:2–3 years in hotel sales, events, or marketing (bonus points for Marriott systems knowledge). Tech-Savvy:Master of Opera S&C,Delphi.fdc, Microsoft Office, andmaybe evenCanva/Adobe. Detail-Obsessed:You catch errors others miss and take pride in flawless execution.
