The Opportunity We are looking for aQuality Assurance Technician (Temporary)for ourLondon location. - Please note that this is a 3 month's contract position, and any extension will be contingent upon business needs. - As a member of the QA team the Quality Assurance Technician will participate in the development and administration of the Original Cakerie Food Safety and Quality System. What You'll Do: - Process /product monitoring, evaluation and problem solving - Develop and maintain product/process specifications, SOP"s - Customer/consumer complaint evaluation - Participate with new products team in specification development and new product implementation - Conduct various audits to monitor conformance to regulatory and corporate requirements Position Requirements: Must Have (This is meant to be an outline, not an exhaustive list of responsibilities) - Perform finished product inspection as per the schedule and prepare reports. - Measure and collect data for new and existing products. - Assist with other QA Lab projects and functions as required. Nice to Have - Work in the cold environment - Able to safely lift and carry products weighing up to 15 kg - Organized to prioritize multiple tasks and ready to learn new skills - Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) - Good communication and interpersonal skills Shift Schedule: - Afternoon or Night shift (various start times to be discussed) - 3days (Flexible days as needed) Please apply and attach a copy of your resume.
