Avanciers is seeking a highly skilled Murex Business Analyst to join our team for an exciting long-term contract with one of our esteemed clients, based in Vancouver BC.

- Full Murex Trade Lifecycle Coverage: Lead requirements, design, and delivery for the entire Murex front-to-back trade lifecycle, including Front Office (pricing/booking), Middle Office, Back Office (settlement/cash flows), Accounting (IFRS/GAAP), Reporting, and End-of-Day processes.
- Product & Module Expertise: Requires 7+ years of Murex BA experience with strong knowledge of products like FX, Fixed Income, Derivatives, MBS, Swaps, and Repos, specifically covering specialized modules like Risk (MLC & VaR), Custody, and Collateral Management.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Integration: Act as the liaison across business, operations, risk, finance, and technology teams. A core focus is defining and delivering integrations/interfaces between Murex and upstream/downstream systems, including State Street, Treasury, Workday, and Jenkins.
- Key Deliverables & Governance: Responsible for producing comprehensive documentation (BRDs/FRDs), driving E2E testing (SIT, UAT), leading change management (training/cutover), and maintaining project governance (RAID logs, traceability).
