Key Responsibilities Lead with Vision: Drive the development and execution of OCCHC's strategic and operational plans. Build Community Connections: Forge strong partnerships with funders, local government, and community organizations. Strengthen Governance: Partner with the Board of Directors to enable informed, strategic decisions. Drive Financial Stability: Lead annual budgeting and financial planning. What You Bring - 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience in community health or social services. - Master's degree in business, public/health administration, or human services (or equivalent experience). - Proven ability to lead organizational change and develop innovative programs. - Experience in securing funding and creating sustainability plans. - Strong track record of collaboration with Boards, government, and community partners.
