Ensuring the control and continuous improvement of current and future rubber track forming processesIn this position, you will have the opportunity to:Implement process controls and analyze performance data to ensure process stability and qualitySupport technical and production teams in managing failuresTake charge of root cause analyses in complex investigations and propose sustainable corrective and preventive actionsActively participate in the commissioning and validation of new equipment and processesTake charge of conducting risk analyses (PFMEA) and implementing process risk reduction actionsEstablish and maintain a knowledge base of best practices in rubber processing and shapingParticipate in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of continuous improvement projects to optimize manufacturing processesEnsure the maintenance, updating, and continuous improvement of technical documentation in accordance with the quality management systemDo you see yourself in this position?
