About the Role

As a Red Seal Cabinet Maker, you will be responsible for producing high-quality custom cabinetry from start to finish. You’ll work closely with our production team to ensure every piece meets our standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Read and interpret shop drawings and specifications
- Build and assemble custom cabinets, millwork, and components
- Safely operate woodworking machinery and hand tools
- Maintain accuracy with measurements and cuts
- Inspect finished products for quality and precision
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production timelines
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace

Qualifications

- Valid Red Seal Endorsement (Cabinetmaker)
- Minimum 3 years of cabinetmaking or millwork experience
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools
- Experience with woodworking equipment and power tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
