✅ What You’ll Do

- System and Data Migration Execution : Plan and execute migrations from legacy systems into Meroka’s platform with precision and minimal disruption
- Data Integrity and Accuracy : Validate completeness, structure, and usability of data post migration against pre migration standards
- Documentation and Process Building : Develop templates, checklists, and migration playbooks to make migrations scalable and repeatable
- Practice Coordination and Support : Serve as a point of contact for practice staff during migrations, communicating clearly and managing expectations
- Product Feedback and Improvement : Identify issues, patterns, or improvement opportunities during migrations and relay feedback to product and engineering teams
- Cross Functional Integration : Work closely with enablement, finance, and operations to align on timing, scope, and goals for each migration
- Has at least 2 years of experience in operations, data analysis, or system migrations
- Brings strong technical process rigor and attention to detail
- Spots inconsistencies and gaps before they escape into larger problems
- Resolves issues under pressure while keeping timelines and quality intact
- Communicates technical processes clearly to non technical users and teams
- Documents processes carefully and creates resources that others can repeat at scale
- Thrives in fast paced environments where precision matters

- This role will require occasional travel to the USA and Canada for on-site campaigns, team collaboration, and brand activations. All travel will be coordinated and supported by the Meroka team.
