This Role Is Not for You If…You get frustrated working with detailed datasets and system migrationsYou prefer strategy over execution when precision and repeatability are requiredYou are uncomfortable in time sensitive situations where accuracy and speed are equally importantYou avoid cross functional collaboration and would rather work in isolationYou do not enjoy documenting and standardizing processes for others to use What You’ll DoSystem and Data Migration Execution: Plan and execute migrations from legacy systems into Meroka’s platform with precision and minimal disruptionData Integrity and Accuracy: Validate completeness, structure, and usability of data post migration against pre migration standardsDocumentation and Process Building: Develop templates, checklists, and migration playbooks to make migrations scalable and repeatablePractice Coordination and Support: Serve as a point of contact for practice staff during migrations, communicating clearly and managing expectationsProduct Feedback and Improvement: Identify issues, patterns, or improvement opportunities during migrations and relay feedback to product and engineering teamsCross Functional Integration: Work closely with enablement, finance, and operations to align on timing, scope, and goals for each migration We’re Looking For Someone Who…Has at least 2 years of experience in operations, data analysis, or system migrationsBrings strong technical process rigor and attention to detailSpots inconsistencies and gaps before they escalate into larger problemsResolves issues under pressure while keeping timelines and quality intactCommunicates technical processes clearly to non technical users and teamsDocuments processes carefully and creates resources that others can repeat at scaleThrives in fast paced environments where precision matters What We OfferCompetitive compensation and health benefitsUnlimited vacation and flexible working arrangementsA role that sits at the heart of onboarding, ensuring practices transition seamlessly into the Meroka platformOwnership of processes that make migrations smoother and more scalable over timeA thoughtful, ambitious team that values clarity, precision, and long term success Additional NotesThis role will require occasional travel to the USA and Canada for on-site campaigns, team collaboration, and brand activations.
