- Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.
- Expertise in QuickBooks Online and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a finance team.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- High integrity and discretion in handling sensitive financial information.
Why Join Us?
- Flexible Work Arrangement: Primarily remote role with occasional in-person meetings (1-2 times per week) and potential for a hybrid setup in the future.
- Career Growth: Opportunity to take on strategic initiatives and shape the company’s financial future.
- Collaborative Environment: Work directly with senior leadership and contribute to high-impact decisions.
- Competitive Compensation & Benefits: We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.
