What we are looking for

We are looking for an organized and analytical individual to join our PharmaChoice Canada team as a Data Operations Analyst. This person will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy, compliance, and reporting of formulary and purchasing data within the pharmacy network. This role involves recurring data management processes across multiple systems including SQL, CRM (Salesforce), Excel VBA automation tools, and data visualization dashboards (Power BI or Tableau).

What you will do:

- Work with databases developing techniques to improve reporting effectiveness and accuracy

- Follow procedures and standards to provide efficient data analyzing using highly developed skills in Office 365, primarily Microsoft Excel

- Ability to evaluate report effectiveness, determine root-cause of issues, and coordinate the action plans to improve efficiency

- Work as a team player to provide Salesforce administration & development support

- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information

- Clear written and verbal communication skills

What you need:

- Post‑secondary education in Business, Data Analytics, or related field preferred

- Experience in data analysis (preference with SQL)

- Experience building or maintaining dashboards in Power BI or Tableau required

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; attention to detail is critical

- Examples of superior organization skills required including composing various business communications and balancing and coordinating a workload of multiple projects

- Task driven with proven track record of meeting strict deadlines

- Problem solving - ability at identifying and resolving issues

- Experience with Salesforce is a very important asset (flows, reports, BI integration)
