- Elicitation&TechnicalDelivery:Facilitateworkshopstoelicit,analyze,andtranslatecomplexfinancialbusinessneedsintofunctionalspecifications,technicaluserstories,processflows,BRDs,anddatamodelsforAIanddeve
- DevelopmentPartnering:Actasthedailysubjectmatterexpertfortechnicalteams;triagedevelopmentquestions,clarifyrules,andresolvescopequeriestomaintainrapidbuildvelocity.
- UATLeadership&QualityAssurance:Design,coordinate,andexecuteend-to-endUserAcceptanceTesting(UAT).
Defineteststrategy,buildacceptancecriteria,facilitatestakeholderwalkthroughs,andmanagedefectresolutionth
- Risk&RegulatoryCompliance:Documentcomplexbusinessdecisionlogic,datagovernancerules,andreportingworkflowstosupportAIusecasesandautomatedRegulatoryProgramManagementOffice(RPMO)compliancereporting(e.g.,O
- Dashboards&VisualAnalytics:Definedetailedspecificationsforoperationaldashboards—includingKPIs,metriclogic,riskindicators,calculations,security/accessfilters,anddrill-downanalytics.
- Traceability&Governance:Managechangecontrolprocessesandmaintainstrictend-to-endrequirementtraceabilityfromregulatorystandardsthroughtechnicalarchitectureandproductiontesting. Requirements Requirements&Experience
- Banking&FinancialSectorExperience:Minimum5+yearsasaBusinessSystemsAnalystwithinbanking,financialservices,orcapitalmarketsenvironments.
- RiskManagement&RegulatoryExpertise:Strongworkingknowledgeoffinancialriskanalysisframeworks,PMOgovernance,andregulatoryreportingstandards(OSFI,AML/KYCconcepts,orinternalGRCframeworks).
- AI&DataSolutions:Demonstratedexperiencespecifyingfunctionalrequirementsfordataconsolidationprojects,machinelearningmodels,naturallanguageprocessing(NLP),orpredictiveriskalgorithms.
- Reporting&AnalyticsTooling:Hands-onproficiencydefiningreportingspecsanddatastructureswithinenterpriseplatformssuchasRSAArcher,Jira/Confluence,andTableau(orPowerBI).
- TechnicalAgility:SolidSQLskillstoquerydatabaserepositories,validateconsolidatedprojectdata,andauditpipelineoutputs.
