The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations. Position Overview Experience - A minimum of two years related practical experience. - Child and adolescent experience preferred. Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate) - Completion of a university degree with specialization in one of the Social Sciences or completion of the Child & Youth Care Worker Diploma Program or equivalent. Certification/Licensure/Registration - Preference will be given to active members of the Child & Youth Care Worker Association of Manitoba. Qualifications and Skills - Demonstrated ability to deliver direct client care. - Demonstrated ability to plan, implement, and evaluate client treatment plans. - Demonstrated abilityto provide therapeutic clinical interventions and effective milieu management. - Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain professional working relationships within the multidisciplinary team. - Demonstrated ability to maintain the focus of community resource identification and utilization.
