We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Web Developer to support the development and maintenance of a flagship trading platform.

This role focuses on using Electron with shared React components across the E*TRADE ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, passionate about web development, and capable of effective communication across geographically dispersed teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement features that align with business requirements and follow industry best practices.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, and deployment.
- Conduct and participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback.
- Respond to and resolve production issues efficiently and effectively.

Required Qualifications

- 2–5 years of software development experience.
- Experience with DOM API, AJAX programming, and build tools like Webpack.
- Familiarity with source control systems, preferably Git.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience or knowledge in financial markets or trading platforms.
