EXSERSOL INC is seeking a skilled and innovative Web Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain responsive and secure websites that align with client needs and company standards. This position involves working closely with clients to identify requirements, develop technical documentation, and create efficient and visually appealing web solutions.

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1 to less than 2 years of experience in website design, development, and testing. You will be part of a forward-thinking environment where innovation, quality, and teamwork are highly valued.

Responsibilities

- Confer with clients to identify and analyze website requirements.
- Develop and document detailed technical and functional website specifications.
- Design, develop, and implement website architecture and information systems solutions.
- Write, modify, test, and maintain website-related code.
- Integrate and optimize website content using graphics, databases, and animations.
- Assess security risks to data, software, and hardware, and implement effective cybersecurity measures.
- Prepare cost-benefit and ROI analyses to support web system implementation.
- Operate testing tools to ensure product performance and quality standards are met.
- Provide post-launch technical support and ongoing maintenance for client websites.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery under tight deadlines.
