RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, disassemble, diagnose, and evaluate damaged pumps;
- Connect the electrical components of the pumps;
- Assemble and adjust repaired or manufactured pumps;
- Test repaired or manufactured pumps on the test bench and produce the necessary reports;
- Proceed with the verification of different types of electric motors;
- Read technical drawings;
- Maintain factory equipment and the workstation;
- Collaborate and coordinate work with other trade teams;
- Actively participate in achieving the objectives of their work team;
- Observe production-related issues and propose concrete and innovative solutions to implement;
- Maintain workstations according to the 5S philosophy;
- Perform all other related tasks.
TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
Hold a college or vocational diploma in industrial mechanics, heavy machinery mechanics, or electromechanics, combined with one (1) to three (3) years of experience. Any other combination of relevant diplomas and/or experience will be considered.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge of industrial mechanics, electromechanics, and welding;
- Ability to read and interpret plans.
