Kognitive Sales Solutions is looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to fill the role of Field Sales Representative in Sudbury, ON. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in connecting with consumers and promoting financial products on behalf of one of Canada's most recognizable brands. Compensation

- $17.75/h Base pay + commission

Role Responsibilities

- Educate customers about the features and benefits of credit cards available in-store and at kiosks
- Engage customers and drive sales, enhancing brand awareness for our client’s products
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure customers have a positive experience
- Utilize innovative approaches to connect with customers and highlight product benefits
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with store staff
- Protect customer confidentiality by maintaining a high level of discretion

Requirements

Keys to success:

- Outgoing, personable, and enjoys engaging with customers
- Experience in customer service or sales is an asset
- Ability to convey key messages effectively
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Capable of working independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to complete a criminal background check
