In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with customers daily. You will need to be able to resolve support issues, sell new products and services, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. We are looking for someone who is not only the best in the business when it comes to customer satisfaction, but also a confident and collaborative team player who brings a positive and enthusiastic outlook to work each day

Customer Sales Support Responsibilities:

1. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end sales responsibilities including customer service and developing relationships with customers.
2. Attend daily training sessions and workshops to increase product knowledge and to stay current with all of our client's products, services, and pricing.
3. Develop product knowledge and practice active listening with customers and clients in order to translate that knowledge into tailored solutions with each customer interaction.
4. Deliver exceptional customer service by professionally addressing client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner.
