Location: various locations in Alberta Logistics: Camp/hotel provided Schedule: 7x7 or 14x14 continuous rotation Provided: Fully stocked field truck - Hourly premiums available: continuous shift, first aid - Paid breaks, vacation, sick and flex time - Overtime & double time hours available - Continuous shift; extra 15 scheduled weeks off per year - Industry leading Benefits - Employee Share Purchase Plan Options - RRSP and retirement plan options - Boot and Tool Allowance - Premium Camp or Location Allowance - CAT Dealer grade training## **Job Description:*** Responsible for the maintenance and overhaul work in the natural gas compression and EPG industry in the field.* Trouble shooting equipment and perform equipment repairs, maintenance and overhauls on natural gas and diesel engines, compressors, generators and attachments.* Complete technical documentation (service reports, warranty, crossover notes)* Interact with customers, sales support, and the rest of the Finning team.* Work with the Service Supervisor and Leadhand on various tasks as required.**Qualifications:*** Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician (HET) Certification* Journeyperson Certification in Mechanic, Electrician, Millwright and Automotive may also be considered* Gas Compression and Well Servicing experience required* Valid driver's license with a successful recent driver abstract.* Previous Caterpillar experience is an asset.* Team player with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills**Union Membership:** You are required to become a member of the Union associated with this position.
