Locations: Yellowknife, NT and Clients various locations,
Compensation: $25 - $30 an hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Performing assemblies and preventative maintenance.
- Repairs and complete overhauls on heavy equipment.
- Diagnose faults or malfunctions using computerized or other testing equipment to determine the extent of repair required.
- Make recommendations regarding the extent of repairs and suggest methods of improvement.
- Think logically and keep up with changes in technology.
- Interpret work orders and technical manuals.
- Complete job-specific reports and paperwork as needed.
- Have a strong awareness and attitude towards workplace health and safety.
- Motivated and able to work in a challenging environment with minimal supervision.
- Work remotely in adverse weather conditions.
- Job tasks may be physically demanding, lifting up to 50 lbs. Confined Space work is required.

The Employee agrees to be employed on the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement. The Employee agrees to be subject to the general supervision of and act pursuant to the orders, advice, and direction of the Employer. The Employee will perform any and all duties as requested by the Employer that are reasonable and that are customarily performed by a person holding a similar position in the industry or business of the Employer. The Employer may make changes to the job title or duties of the Employee where the changes would be considered reasonable for a similar position in the industry or business of the Employer. The Employee's job title or duties may be changed by agreement and with the approval of both the Employee and the Employer or after a notice period required under law. The Employee agrees to abide by the Employer's rules, regulations, policies, and practices, including those concerning work schedules, vacation, and sick leave, as they may from time to time be adopted or modified.

Qualifications: The successful candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in repair/maintenance of heavy equipment. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered. Other requirements include:

- Strong commitment to safety.
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work as a team member.

Some tasks may require the ability to travel and meet customer site requirements.
