Crafted Highlights

In the role of a Brand Experience Summer Field Representative in Vancouver you will be part of the British Columbia sales teams. You will be exposed to the ever growing, fast paced beverage industry. You will engage in real-world problem solving and be immersed in social and educational opportunities with other representatives.

The contract is full-time, beginning in May and ending in August. Upon graduation, representatives may be eligible for full-time positions within Molson Coors Beverage Company.

This position reports to the Territory Sales Manager and works closely with the Territory Sales Representatives, Merchandisers, and other teams from different functions.

What You’ll Be Brewing

- Experience sales team training to develop your professional skill set with a focus on sales and marketing, the consumer, and analytics

- Execution of Promotions and Events – Lead/Support with the execution of core programming for Molson Coors in at Local Events (Golf Tournaments, Concerts, and Festivals)

- Merchandising - Setting up signage, merchandise and promotional materials at accounts and events.

- Represent Molson Coors as a brand ambassador with our consumers, customers, and members within your community

- Reporting – Understanding and identifying business performance, distribution and volume opportunities within on-premises customers.

- You will be part of a small group that will be responsible to present key insights and recommendations to build on the role of SUMMER FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE, and present to MCBC Leaders at the end of the summer

Qualifications

- Third or fourth year pursuing a University or College degree

- Ability and willingness to work a flexible work schedule if needed, including some evenings and weekends

- Valid driver’s license with no limitations/restrictions; required to provide a recent copy of a Driver’s Abstract; Smart Serve Certificate (or provincial equivalent) or ability to obtain

- Comfortable driving larger vehicles e.g., Cargo Van

- Can easily lift to 50 lbs

- Comfortable with 4+ hours per driving one way, but no more than 5 hours at once (e.g., Toronto to Ottawa for Events)

- Resident of (or familiar with) assigned territory

- Innate ability to build empathy with consumers, in particular millennials and diverse consumers

- Build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome

- Take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments

- Thirst for learning – always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow
