Senior Product Developer, People and Enterprise SolutionsBrampton, ON

As a Senior Power Platform Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions that directly align with and drive Loblaw's strategic AI Copilot and Automation roadmap. Your primary focus will be on developing robust agentic flows, leveraging both Copilot Studio and Power Automate, alongside Power App creation. In this pivotal role, you will work closely within a dynamic engineering culture that champions continuous learning and technical excellence, alongside a talented team of IT professionals dedicated to supporting the Microsoft product landscape here at Loblaw Companies Limited.

What You’ll Do:

- AI/Agent Design & Implementation:Design and deploy intelligent agentic solutions capable of managing complex approval workflows, enabling conversational management of diverse IT and business workflows, and integrating seamlessly with our established IT support ticketing solutions.

- Solutioning using Power Platform:Design, develop, and optimize custom applications and automations using Copilot Studio, Power Apps and Power Automate to meet business requirements.

- Integrations Support:Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft services (e.g., SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Azure) as well as external third-party systems.

- Solution Lifecycle Management:Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and comprehensive documentation (design specifications, user guides, etc.) for developed solutions.

- Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with Business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, provide training, and demo solutions.

- Data Visualization & Reporting:While not strictly required, experience utilizing Power BI to create insightful dashboards and reports that facilitate data-driven decision-making is a valuable asset.

What you Bring:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform components - especially Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Power Apps.

- Demonstrated experience developing conversational AI solutions using Power Platform.

- Experience integrating various systems and data sources via APIs and connectors.

- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

- Experience in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Microsoft Power Platform certifications are considered an asset.
