About Our Client
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Controller to lead our financial operations and ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all financial reporting and control functions.

About the Opportunity
In this critical leadership role, you will:

- Oversee all aspects of financial reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the year-end audit process, working closely with external auditors to ensure a smooth and timely completion.
- Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, maintaining a high standard of accuracy and timeliness.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process in collaboration with department leaders and senior management.
- Maintain and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making and operational improvements.

About You
You will bring strength and value to this role through:

- A Controller-level background with proven leadership experience in finance and accounting.
- Deep expertise in managing year-end audits and preparing financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and the ability to support strategic financial planning.
- A CPA designation (required) and a strong foundation in financial reporting, controls, and compliance.
