If this sounds like you, join us on our mission to help independent creators grow We're looking for creators to: - Set up new TikTok Accounts - Produce 15 short-form posts/week that educate, entertain, and inspire. - Grow our organic social audience and strengthen our connection with digital product creators. - Drive engagement with dynamic, shareable content that builds affinity for Rally.Fan. Qualifications - No Professional Experience Required: A track record of viral content on social is what we value most - Strong Sense for Engaging Content: An ability to identify what resonates and drives engagement on TikTok - Excellent Interpretation Skills: You easily understand and execute written or recorded feedback efficiently. Hiring Process We make onboarding for creators as simple as possible. This is a part-time role. - Apply below: Submit the application. All we require are links to your TikTok & Instagram profiles, your Name, and email. - 15-Min Onboarding Call: We'll review your application within 48 hours. If approved, we schedule a 15 min onboarding call. - Pass 30-Day Paid Trial Period: Once onboarded you will be given a 30-day trial period. You will need to pass view milestones to graduate - Graduate to Rally.Fan Ambassador: If you pass our 30-day trial period, you will graduate to an ambassador and can continue to create for us.
