As a Lead Sales Manager, you will be responsible for Rotating Equipment sales growth within Canada and Northern United States. The primary responsibilities are identification & pursuit of strategic growth accounts and associated project opportunities. This is a customer facing sales manager responsible for winning business and leading business development planning processes for this market.

As a Lead Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Developing targeted campaigns and selling products, services, parts, solutions, upgrades or projects for rotating equipment.
- Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used.
- Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally including technical, economical, logistical and financial aspects are involved in creating a proposal.
- Leading the collaboration with multidisciplinary teams internally (e.g. engineering, legal, risk, finance, communication, marketing etc) to develop and articulate the winning value proposition.
- Coordinating cross functioning teams involving engineering, legal, commercial, risk, finance and channel partners.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will require:

- Have Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university and 5yrs+ of sales experience with servicing of rotating machines and equipment.
- Capable to present value proposition to customers at executive/VP level.
- Results-oriented mindset, with experience of successfully originating sales, working to targets and growing business of large sales volume and accounts in the oil/gas/energy industry.
- Demonstrate experience of working with cross-functional teams within a global-matrix environment.
- Have good interpersonal and leadership skills, inclusive working style and able to effectively interface with all levels of internal organization and external customers.
- Availability to travel for business at least 50% of the time throughout Canada and United States.
