We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team as a Territory Manager for Surgical Workplaces. This role will involve selling and supporting our products, including Lights, Booms, Tables, and Digital Health Solutions, to existing and potential customers in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales Performance

    Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining expenses within allocated limits.

  2. Business Planning

    Create strategic business plans for all customer opportunities.

  3. Data Analysis

    Monitor and update individual forecasted sales data on a weekly basis, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.

  4. Team Collaboration

    Collaborate with the Contracts and Tenders Team on RFP responses and provincial standardization contracts.

  5. Customer Support

    Provide Return on Investment (ROI) and business case information to justify purchasing Getinge Surgical Workplace products.

  6. Territory Management

    Handle forecasting, monitoring, closing, and post-sales support of all territory business.

  7. Product Promotion

    Promote all Getinge product offerings, including equipment lines, training programs, and service contracts.

  8. Sales Strategy

    Market and sell equipment to installed base as upgrades or replacements.

  9. New Business Development

    Market equipment to new customers to replace the competition's installed base.

  10. Communication

    Lead follow-up, sales planning, and territory management.

  11. Resource Allocation

    Identify required resources to position Getinge effectively during the sales and support process.

  12. Reporting

    Track, report, and analyze sales opportunities with the Sales Director routinely.

About You

We are looking for a results-driven sales professional with a proven track record of success in medical device sales. The ideal candidate should have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent sales experience in medical devices and OR capital equipment.
  • A minimum of 3 years of medical device/capital sales experience, including direct selling to physicians and hospitals.
  • Demonstrated success or achievement in sales positions.
  • Solid understanding of specified functional areas and application of business concepts, procedures, and practices.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a highly demanding matrix environment.
  • Candidates must also possess excellent communication, listening, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as familiarity with Customer Management Tools (CRM) tools.
  • The ability to travel internationally and drive a company vehicle is also required.
