Are you Real Estate Licensed? We’re looking for a motivated, well spoken licensed Inside Sales Agent to join our award winning Brokerage and be a part of our Lead Gen Department. As an Inside Sales Representative you will liaise with company generated leads, clients and manage client relations with our Sales Agents to ensure corporate leads are successfully nurtured till deal completion. Being the #1 Firm within Century 21 Canada consecutively from 2011-2020, we have the tools and scripts for you to be successful. General Job Description

1. Prospect for new clients daily from various lead sources.
2. Respond to inbound leads from all internet lead sources, sign calls and websites.
3. Schedule appointments for Listing and Buyer Input/manage client & lead database.
4. Conduct lead follow up & nurture leads until appointments are set.
5. Assign leads to our Qualified Agents.
6. Follow up with agent and leads to assure service quality.
