Security Project Coordinator

The Role:

- Managing the installation of security solutions, ensuring efficient delivery from the time of accepted quotation to successful fulfilment in accordance with job scope and client needs.

- Review and careful interpretation of project needs, monitoring compliance with Wilsons and industry standards.

- Supporting the technical team in understanding of project needs and providing team leadership for issue resolution by working with the appropriate team members and supervisors.

- Maintaining client relationships and ensuring satisfaction, including project scheduling, managing client expectations, oversight of on‑site technical work and client training.

- Ensuring clear and concise documentation of execution as it pertains to scope, change orders, notes, etc.

- Ongoing development of personal technical and industry knowledge to provide high‑quality and valuable security solutions.

Qualifications:

- Organization and time management.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Strong understanding of computers (i.e.: Microsoft Office).

- Strong analytical and decision‑making skills.

- Able to prioritize workload in a fast‑paced work environment.

- Detail‑oriented.

- Proven skills in conflict resolution.

- Eager to learn & effective team player.

- Demonstrated experience in a technical environment.

- Knowledge and understanding of security systems is an asset.

- PMP certification is considered an asset.

This is a full‑time permanent position with a very attractive compensation package including benefits, pension matching, and other employee incentives. Positions are being filled in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. This is an in‑office role.
