Your mission
The CRB project manager acts as the link between dream and reality, between the idea and the finished project. His mission? Getting projects off the ground with method and passion: structuring, inspiring, protecting and transforming plans into solid achievements. He or she ensures that every CRB project is delivered with precision, with heart, and above all… with pride.
What you do every day
- Manage projects from A to Z, respecting budgets, schedules and standards;
- Be a technical reference and a leader in the field;
- Coordinate teams, suppliers and subcontractors seamlessly;
- Build trusting relationships with employees and customers;
- Monitor costs, optimize materials, improve methods;
- Ensuring health and safety on construction sites;
- Give constructive feedback, recognition and inspire the team;
- Actively participate in CRB’s continuous improvement.

Your profile
- Project management experience an asset (roofing or construction is even better);
- You know how to read plans, structure information and make decisions;
- You’re strategic, proactive and enjoy solving problems;
- Natural leadership, respect for standards and love of a job well done;
- College or university diploma in architecture, civil engineering, project management or a relevant DEP;
- Like us, you believe that a well-run project starts with a team that is respected and listened to.
