Enough about us, let’s talk about you Required Experience and Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, with a strong understanding of its various modules (ITSM, ITBM, CSM, HRSD, etc.). - Proven experience in creating clear, concise, and effective product documentation. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences. - Strong presentation and demonstration skills. - Experience in pre-sales activities or client-facing roles. - Ability to translate complex technical information into easily understandable business terms. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Preferred : - ServiceNow Certified Administration (CSA) certification. - Other ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer). - Experience with Agile development methodologies. Total Rewards The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
