We act as a force multiplier for the teams writing software for our customers.

What You'll Do

1. Architect, design, and develop high-quality Kotlin applications to advance our technology stack.
2. Use Ktor for embedded server development.
3. Optimize and enhance existing software solutions to ensure optimal performance.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex technical challenges.
5. Propose effective solutions aligned with business objectives.
6. Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing development team.
7. Share knowledge and best practices to elevate the skill set of the entire team.
8. Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
9. Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance our software products.
10. Participate in and conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to best practices.

What You Bring

Must Haves:

1. You have 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Kotlin development.
2. You have a proven track record of successful software development projects.
3. You are proficient in building and optimizing Android applications using Kotlin.
4. You have a deep understanding of Kotlin and coroutines.
5. You have a strong understanding of SQLite.
6. You are comfortable with unit testing on Android and Kotlin using Junit, mockito, etc.
7. You have a strong ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment.
8. You have effective communication skills with cross-functional teams.
9. You have a College Diploma or Bachelor's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to haves:

1. Previous experience leading or mentoring a team of developers.
2. Experience with Ktor framework.
3. Experience with Exposed.
