This in-office, full-time role within Human Resources involves overseeing recruitment for the West Coast Oil Pipeline. You will lead a team of professionals in executing high-volume and specialized recruitment plans while fostering inclusivity. Partner with key stakeholders to streamline processes and deliver outstanding candidate experiences.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design effective hiring strategies
• Manage full-cycle recruitment efforts and onboarding
• Build partnerships for diverse talent sourcing opportunities
• Monitor recruitment performance and develop improvement strategies
• Ensure agency performance aligns with hiring standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• 10+ years of direct Talent Acquisition experience, including 5+ years in leadership
• Proven track record in specialized recruitment and team management
• Proficient in using recruitment technologies and data analysis
• Strong stakeholder engagement and program management skills Lead strategic initiatives at Trans Mountain, enhancing recruitment effectiveness for a growing workforce.
