These could include but are not limited to service island support.* Strong mechanical skills. Ability to demonstrate proficiency with advanced diagnostics, overhaul and repair of all vehicle components and systems. Perform all entry level tasks, road test vehicles as necessary* Ability to read and/or listen and understand information and ideas communicated.* Strong verbal and written communication skills* Highly thorough and dependable. Available for on call duty and work shift work/weekend* Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)* Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.* Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment.* Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills* Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices.* Knowledge of and the ability to apply knowledge of computer skills: PC, Windows, mouse, etc. advanced required.* H.S. diploma/GED preferred* Vocational or Technical Certification preferred Post Secondary degree or Technical Certifications* Basic tools, required* Demonstrated aptitude and applied experience in mechanical repair of automotive gas or diesel engines including: - Routine preventative maintenance, which should include oil changes, brake and tire work - Diagnostics and repairs, including AC, electrical systems, - Advanced skilled level repairs to include some major engine repairs, diesel after treatment or automotive fuel injection repairs required* Four (4) years or more relevant work experience preferred* Knowledge of and the ability to apply knowledge of computer skills: PC, Windows, mouse, etc. advanced required* Valid Commercial Driver License (CDL) CLASS A, preferred* All other certification as required by location, requiredThe compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type.
