Join Our Executive Team as Manager of Corporate Services
Halifax Electric Membership Corporation in Enfield, North Carolina is seeking a passionate, organized, and strategic leader to become our next Manager of Corporate Services. As a key member of the CEO’s executive team, you’ll drive high-level administrative leadership, coordinate executive and board-level activities, and ensure the smooth flow of information that powers our organization. This is your chance to shape the future of our cooperative, support governance functions, and lead impactful initiatives that touch every corner of our business.
In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for executive support, board communications, and event management. You’ll manage board meetings, coordinate travel and continuing education for directors, and oversee critical administrative projects. You’ll collaborate with leaders across departments, champion strategic programs, and represent the cooperative in the community. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in business or related field.
- Minimum of five years of general office or administrative experience.
- Position requires comprehensive knowledge of organizational management, event planning, policy administration, and effective communication strategies.
- Must possess the ability to handle and utilize discretion with confidential data dealing with employees, plans of the Cooperative and actions of the Board of Directors.
