Job Summary

Develops and implements overall plant technical strategiesand tactics focused on engineering projects, maintenance and stores improvementprograms. Develops vertical start-up processes to ensure implementationof low loss production systems. Provides solutions to technical problemsand recommendations for improvements in production activities, and manages theplant technical organization. Develops and leads plant specificengineering and maintenance strategies to achieve key performance goals.Assists managing plant technical expense budgets and works with CorporateEngineering to deliver the capital budget. Supports and/or leads plantEarly Management (EM) Pillar.

Position Responsibilities

- AssistPlant in establishing safety of all of our associates as the plant’s firstobjective.

- Leadthe cross-functional development and implementation of the capital planincluding the engagement of related Plant and Corporate functionssuch as, but not limited to Safety, Sanitation, Quality, Environmental,Operations, Maintenance, Finance and Operations

- Collaboratewith the Plant in setting clearly delineated roles, responsibilities andaccountabilities consistent with the principles of CPS.

- Supportthe Plant in driving business literacy through education of key businessissues and concepts.

- Workwith Platform Engineering Director to resource projects including, but notlimited to Engineering Project Manager, Subject Matter Expert and Start-upManager roles.

- Supportthe Plant in conducting internal systems audits as required.

- Supportthe Plant in providing direction and lead the EM Pillar Team in thedevelopment of long and short term plans and goals for the Plant.

- Supportthe Plant in providing project and technical support to the plant anddivision when required.

- Supportthe Plant in participating on and leading project teams that improvesafety, quality, utilization, labor relations, sanitation, costs andcustomer service.

- Demonstrateability to utilize available application computer programs.

- Demonstrateexecutive maturity through decision making and effective communicationwith various departments and managers to ensure plant resources areefficiently utilized in maximizing true efficiency.

- Leadthe Plant in preparing and conducting necessary team meetings for propercommunications and development of teams. Must also have the ability towork with Maintenance, Quality, Production and Warehouse teams to create acooperative environment.

- Responsiblefor giving work direction and coordinating mechanical and clericalactivities in the maintenance department.

Position Qualifications

- EngineeringDegree required.

- Fiveyears experience in Food Manufacturing; three years Training experiencepreferred.

- Leadershipskills to work as a peer and advisor to other departments;

- Abilityto rotate shifts and work weekends and holidays when required;

- Excellentcommunication and presentation skills; Computer applications skills;

Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularlyrequired to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to standand walk. The employee is occasionally required to sit; use hands tofinger, handle, and feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop,kneel, crouch, or crawl; taste and smell. The employee must occasionallylift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required bythis job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheralvision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. The employee will beexposed to a noisy environment that varies from hot to cold in temperature. Compensation

Pay Range:$79,000-$116,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offeringfor this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but notlimited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancinginternal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply withapplicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
