Our client is one of the largest employers in transportation logistics supply chain with excellent benefits and offer a long-term career. They have a job open for Licensed Heavy Equipment Mechanic / Diesel Mechanic -Red Seal in Richmond, BC. All candidates must be licensed Red Seal with a Valid Class 5 driver's license and a clear driver’s abstract, with no more than four (4) demerit points, and clear criminal check. This is a Monday – Friday 1:30pm to 10:00pm (40 hours/week)

Red Seal Heavy Equipment Mechanic / diesel Mechanic will be working on troubleshooting and repair fleet of trucks, cubical vans and similar. Diagnostics, repair and perform preventive maintenance. You will service and maintain equipment, order parts, maintain records and attend to emergency road service issues.

Red Seal Heavy Equipment Mechanic / Heavy Duty Equipment Tech must have ideally 2 years’ experience on heavy duty trucks. Good communication skills in English is a MUST. Good computer skills(basis), ability to work in a team environment and independently is a MUST. A clear criminal check, and drivers abstract is required This is a fast-paced environment. Ability to work evening shifts long term is a MUST have.
