**About Us**:
Alpha Collision is a reputable and established auto body repair shop specializing in high-quality repairs for all makes and models. We pride ourselves on our skilled team, exceptional customer service, and our commitment to delivering the best possible results for our clients. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced **Red Seal Body Technician** to join our team.

**Position Overview**:
As a **Red Seal Body Technician**, you will be responsible for performing high-quality repairs on damaged vehicles, ensuring they meet industry standards and customer expectations. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with other team members to efficiently restore vehicles to pre-accident condition while maintaining the highest level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform repair and replacement of body parts, frame, and components using advanced equipment and techniques.
- Conduct accurate diagnostic assessments to identify and evaluate vehicle damage.
- Use precision tools to repair and align panels, doors, windows, bumpers, and other vehicle parts.
- Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, filling, and priming as necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment and ensure that all safety protocols are followed.
- Work in collaboration with estimators to provide accurate repair cost estimates.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed and parts used.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and techniques.

**Qualifications**:

- Must have a valid Red Seal certification as an Auto Body Technician.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, repair techniques, and tools.
- Proficient in the use of frame machines and welders
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
