- Journeyman HVAC/R Mechanic certification
- Gas Fitter ‘A’ Ticket (essential)
- Minimum 5 years of industrial HVAC maintenance experience
- 5-10 years of commercial & industrial combined experience
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Strong financial analytical skills including cost control
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Commitment to safety and company policies
