This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Account Partner in Finland.

In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to a portfolio of enterprise clients, helping them maximize value from advanced R&D-focused software solutions. You will operate at the intersection of sales, customer success, and long-term account strategy, with a strong focus on building lasting executive relationships. The position offers broad ownership of accounts across the full customer lifecycle, from growth planning to renewal. You will collaborate closely with internal teams in a dynamic, international environment. This role has a strong impact on revenue expansion and customer satisfaction. The position is full-time and fully remote within Europe.

Accountabilities

- Own and manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, building long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.

- Develop and execute account strategies to drive adoption, expansion, and long-term customer value.

- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring alignment between their business goals and delivered solutions.

- Identify growth opportunities through upsell and cross-sell initiatives while managing renewals and retention.

- Collaborate closely with internal sales, product, and services teams to ensure successful delivery and customer outcomes.

- Lead commercial discussions, contract negotiations, and forecasting activities with accuracy and transparency.

- Represent the voice of the customer internally to influence roadmap priorities and continuous improvement.

Requirements

- Proven experience in account management, strategic sales, or partner management within a B2B software or technology environment.

- Strong ability to manage complex, enterprise-level customer relationships across multiple stakeholders.

- Demonstrated success in driving account growth, renewals, and long-term customer satisfaction.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a consultative mindset.

- Ability to operate autonomously in a remote, fast-paced, and international environment.

- Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and comfort working with revenue targets and forecasts.

- Fluency in English is required; French is strongly preferred for this role.

- Experience working with R&D, life sciences, or enterprise SaaS solutions is a plus.
