Location: Remote | Brand: NiceJob | Department: Partnerships | Reports to: Director of Partnerships
NiceJob helps businesses grow by turning great customer experiences into real revenue. Our platform automatically generates reviews, referrals, and repeat business—so service-based businesses can attract additional customers without adding more work to their day.
Partnerships are a key growth engine for NiceJob. We work closely with agencies, SaaS platforms, and strategic partners who bring NiceJob to market and embed it into their customer offering. As our partner ecosystem continues to expand, we’re focused on building deeper, more strategic relationships that drive measurable results for both sides.
We’re looking for a Partner Development Manager who can take ownership of those relationships, someone who knows how to activate partners, build joint go-to-market plans, and turn collaboration into consistent revenue growth.
Your Role
As Partner Development Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of driving revenue and strategic growth through NiceJob’s technology and channel partnerships. You’ll own relationships, build joint go-to-market plans, and lead cross-functional collaboration to make our partnerships measurable drivers of acquisition, retention, and revenue.
You’re someone who can connect the dots between a partner’s business model and our platform’s value—and build scalable motions that deliver results. If you’re a relationship builder with a sharp commercial mindset and thrive in fast-moving, high-impact environments, this is the role for you.
Your Focus
- Drive revenue growth through co-marketing and co-selling initiatives with assigned strategic partners.
- Build deep, trust-based partner relationships by understanding their goals, go-to-market priorities, and where we can win together.
- Develop and execute joint business plans with defined sales, marketing, and product milestones.
- Launch high-impact initiatives including co-marketing campaigns, sales enablement programs, and partner training.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Success, and Marketing teams to support partner activation, adoption, and retention.
- Advocate for partner needs internally and continuously look for new opportunities to unlock value.
- Deliver clear and consistent reporting on partnership performance through weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates to stakeholders.
Who You Are
- 3+ years in partnerships, business development, or strategic sales in a SaaS or technology company.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven success building and growing high-impact partner programs.
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence and align senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Strategic and structured operator—you move with urgency, but don’t skip steps.
- Confident leading joint business planning and driving accountability through metrics.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally to get buy-in and results.
- Familiarity with partner tech stacks like Salesforce, PartnerStack, or Jobber is a plus.
Recruitment Process
