Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently.

• Perform reconciliations for bank accounts and other financial statements.

• Manage payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

• Conduct month-end closing procedures and prepare necessary reports.

• Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel to create and analyze financial data.

• Assist with budget preparation and monitoring.

• Ensure proper data entry and record-keeping for all financial transactions.

• Collaborate with other departments to support financial decision-making.

• Identify discrepancies and resolve them promptly to maintain accurate records.
