The ideal candidate will combine technical mastery with exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting complex concepts to executive stakeholders while collaborating closely with data analysts and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect and design scalable, secure, and high-performing data solutions leveraging SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft Fabric.
- Develop and maintain data models, integration frameworks, and governance standards to ensure data consistency and quality.
- Enable data-driven decision-making by building solutions that integrate with Microsoft Power Platform for reporting and automation.
- Collaborate with data analysts, business stakeholders, and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical designs.
- Present strategic data architecture roadmaps and solutions to executive leadership in clear, business-friendly language.
- Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend innovations to enhance data architecture capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Data Architect or similar role in enterprise environments.
- Expertise in SAP S/4HANA (data structures, integration, and optimization).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Fabric for data analytics and orchestration.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage executive stakeholders and technical teams alike.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and hybrid data architectures.
- Knowledge of data governance frameworks and data security best practices.
- Certification in SAP or Microsoft technologies is a plus.
