Through a rich exchange of ideas, meaningful collaboration, and a nimble operating model, we're powering some of the nation's most critical systems, fueling capital formation and innovation, bringing increased opportunity to business visionaries, product ingenuity to consumers, and career exploration to our team.The Securities Transfer Administrator is responsible for receiving, reviewing and validating of securities received for processing as well as other administrative duties within the Operations Group.***This role is fully in office (5 days/week) - based in Toronto, ON.*****Key Accountabilities:*** Timely processing, reviewing, invoicing and validating of securities and supporting documentation to ensure the requirements are in accordance with our policies and procedures.* Receiving and Distribution of items received from the mailroom or counter* Maintenance and administration of operations manual fees* Scanning of received incoming mail or counter items for virtual remote processing* Emailing DRS transactions and invoices to presenters* Corresponding to inquiries received from internal and external stakeholders**Must have skills:*** Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably 1-3 years within a financial services or stock transfer environment.* High attention to accuracy and detail* Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet turnaround times* Ability to analyze, problem solve and work independently with minimal supervision* A working knowledge of the securities industry as it relates to back office administration* A willingness and ability to adapt to a changing environment and responsibilities* Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and effectively communicate with peers and all levels of the company* Must have a flexible schedule to work overtime as required* Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills* Excellent computer skills – MS Office Suite and Google Suite of products and other desktop applications**Nice Have:*** Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or similar courses is preferred, but not essential.* Previous experience in a securities environment**In the market for…****Excitement** - Explore emerging technology and innovation, as well as ventures and digital finance that shape the future of global markets Experience the movement of the market while grounded in the stability of close to 200 years of success.**Connection** - With site hubs in some of the world’s most multicultural cities, we leverage our size and structure to create rich connections and belonging while experiencing powerful global impact through our work.**Impact** - More than a platform, we use our talents to power mission-critical systems that drive global economic advancement, innovation, and growth.
