Securities Transfer Administrator

Join to apply for the Securities Transfer Administrator role at TMX Group. Location: Toronto, ON. This role is fully in office (5 days/week) - based in Toronto, ON. Key Accountabilities Timely processing, reviewing, invoicing and validating of securities and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Receiving and distribution of items from the mailroom or counter. Maintenance and administration of operations manual fees. Scanning of received mail or counter items for virtual remote processing. Emailing DRS transactions and invoices to presenters. Corresponding to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders. Must Have Skills Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably 1‑3 years within a financial services or stock transfer environment. High attention to accuracy and detail. Ability to prioritize, multi‑task and meet turnaround times. Analytical and problem‑solving skills with minimal supervision. Knowledge of securities industry back‑office administration. Willingness and ability to adapt to a changing environment. Effective organization, prioritization and communication with peers and all levels. Must have a flexible schedule to work overtime as required. Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent computer skills – MS Office Suite, Google Suite, and other desktop applications. Nice Have Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or similar courses (preferred).
