Project Manager

M3 Development Management is searching for a Project Manager to join our team in the Calgary office. This isn't a desk‑bound role or a passive advisory position. It's a hands‑on opportunity to lead, influence, and deliver complex development projects with precision.

A Day in the Life:

At M3, no two days will look alike. As one of our Project Managers, you get to determine what each day will look like for you.

- Manage all phases of a project’s lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring technical standards and client expectations are met or exceeded.

- Provide strategic direction in project planning, execution, and monitoring.

- Lead, supervise, and mentor project coordintators.

- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.

- Chair key meetings and drive effective communication and scope management.

- Engage in business development activities and foster relationships with potential new clients.

- Seek to enhance processes across the company, champion innovation, and uphold technical excellence in all project phases.

What You Bring:

- Post-secondary qualification in architecture, engineering, or a related field.

- 7+ years of postgraduate experience in project management, construction, cost consulting, or development.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and complex stakeholder groups.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite

- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in managing and developing teams.

- Extensive experience in managing project timelines, resources, costs, and risks.

- Your previous Project Management experience working in fast‑paced environments and how you slowed things down to get to a solution, focused on collaboration, and looked for the less obvious.

- Your ability to expand on the technical proficiencies and projects you outlined in your resume
