Role Description

We are seeking a Frontend Developer who doesn’t just write code — but builds digital experiences users don’t want to live without.

In this role, you will work on our next‑generation fintech platform, alongside other internal and client‑facing products. You’ll build responsive, user‑friendly interfaces, integrate internal and third‑party services, and collaborate closely with both our Edmonton and Dhaka engineering teams to deliver seamless, high‑performance applications.

If you take pride in clean architecture, polished UI execution, performance optimization, and shipping production‑ready features — you’ll feel right at home at TechCare.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years of professional frontend development experience with React.js

- Strong understanding of JS/TS, hooks, component architecture, and modern frontend patterns

- Experience building scalable, production‑grade applications

- Solid understanding of REST APIs and frontend integration

- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to take ownership of tasks

- Excellent communication skills — must collaborate with Canada & Dhaka teams

- Punctual, reliable, organized, and committed to producing high‑quality work

- No‑ego, team‑first attitude — best ideas win

Nice to Have

- Experience with React Native

- Experience working on FinTech or data‑heavy dashboards

- Familiarity with backend concepts or full‑stack exposure

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines

- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, RTL, Cypress)
