Unlike traditional roles that separate creative production from strategic distribution, this position requires a hybrid expert capable of building high-conversion content journeys from the ground up. You will bridge the gap between technical artistry and business administration, ensuring that every video asset is not just visually captivating but also technically optimised to meet the KPIs of a diverse portfolio of local and international clients. Responsibilities & Job Duties - Video Production: Lead the end-to-end production of high-impact video assets, including scriptwriting and on-set directing. - Strategic Workshops: Develop and organise professional workshops and training seminars on video production techniques, social media algorithms, and emerging digital trends for internal teams and external stakeholders. - Social Media & Portfolio Operations: Lead the development and maintenance of "always-on" content journeys across global social ecosystems (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn); ensure content is thoughtfully sequenced and technically optimised for a diverse client portfolio ranging from local small businesses to international enterprises, adapting brand voice and strategy to meet specific organisational scales and market demands. - Performance Intelligence: Pull, analyse, and interpret customer marketing data using GA4 and CRM platforms to inform day-to-day decisions and optimise campaign ROI. - Integrated SEO & SEM: Optimising video metadata and web content to drive organic traffic and lower ad spend. Skills & Requirements - Education & Experience: A Bachelor’s Degree (BBA) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, combined with a minimum of 1.5 years (18 months) of professional experience in digital marketing and video production. - Technical Mastery: Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop), and Google Analytics. - Portfolio (Mandatory): Applicants must apply with a professional Digital Media portfolio or showreel showcasing video production, and a social media handle/portfolio demonstrating high engagement rates and viral content production. - Social Media Track Record: Minimum 1.5 years of digital marketing experience, including a proven track record of personal social media growth (must demonstrate a significant professional following/audience). - Specialised Skill: Advanced mastery of short-form video algorithms (TikTok/Reels) with the ability to teach production techniques to non-experts. - Soft Skills: Proven ability to work under tight deadlines and collaborate in a fast-paced agency environment. - Travel Requirement: Ability to travel locally to various client sites and production locations as required.
