About the Opportunity

This is a newly created position within a growing IT Systems team. The Business Systems Analyst will play a key role in the organization’s business transformation initiatives, including the migration from AS/400 legacy reporting systems to modern Microsoft-based applications.

The successful candidate will collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, create and execute test scenarios, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and manage vendor relationships. This position provides exposure across the enterprise application ecosystem and contributes directly to the success of the company’s modernization journey.

About You

- Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience

- Proven experience supporting business transformation or IT projects (e.g., migrations, upgrades, hardware or software changes)

- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

- Strong attention to detail in documentation and process tracking

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Clear understanding of Change Management processes

- Strong foundation in Project Management and Business Analysis methodologies and tools

- Good credit score (minimum 650 required)

Bonus Items

- Experience with report migration projects

- Power BI development experience

- Background in financial or banking environments

- Familiarity with application migrations

- Understanding of data structures

- Clear and professional communication (client prefers no heavy accents)

Salary Range

$90,000-110,000/year
