Role: Lead Salesforce Developer

Job Location:- Montreal, Canada (Day 1 Onsite- Candidate Needs to work 4 Days at the Client Office)

Contract

The opportunity:

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of solutions on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud to deliver measurable business value.
- Coach and provide technical guidance to junior developers on the team.
- Collaborate closely with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce
- implementations.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and support story refinement, technical estimation, and solutioning.
- Contribute to DevOps initiatives, development best practices, automation, and process efficiencies.
- Stay up to date on Salesforce platform capabilities and ensure solutions follow industry best practices and internal development standards.
- This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

What you need:

- 10+ years of web-based application development or full-stack development experience, including 5+ years hands-on Salesforce development.
- Proficiency with the Lightning platform, including APEX, Aura, Lightning Web Components, APIs, Platform Events, and the Salesforce Data Model.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and products, especially Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs, UI frameworks, and event-driven patterns.
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps and modern CI/CD practices.

Salesforce Certifications:

- Salesforce Administrator
- Platform Developer I (PDI)
- Platform Developer II (PDII)

Nice-to-have

- Experience implementing Salesforce or CRM solutions in the financial services industry.
- Active engagement with the Salesforce community.
- Familiarity with Datastage, OCP technologies, or related CI/CD tools.
