Kognitive Sales Solutions, in partnership with President's Choice Financial, is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Sales Leader who will be the next Gas Manager. This hybrid role encompasses both leadership and field sales representative responsibilities within our PC Financial Gas Program.

Program Schedule:

- Dates: April 1st - October 31st, 2025
- Full-time hours

Compensation:

Base wage + uncapped commission

Responsibilities:

1. Lead a sales team of Field Marketing Representatives in 4-6 locations.
2. Educate customers on the features and benefits of our partner President's Choice Financial products within the gas station and booth.
3. Achieve and exceed personal sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
4. Drive sales, advocacy, and brand awareness for our client's product.
5. Build and maintain positive working relationships with gas station personnel.
6. Set high standards through exemplary behavior and values, fostering professionalism, integrity, dedication, and a strong work ethic.
7. Train, coach, mentor, and foster team growth by identifying training needs, utilizing motivational trackers, and conducting coaching sessions to enhance their sales skills, product knowledge, and customer relationship management.
8. Attend weekly Zoom calls with the management team to discuss successes and provide insights into new initiatives.

Keys to success:

1. Minimum 1 year of customer service and sales experience.
2. Leadership experience considered an asset, preferably in sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
3. Confident, self-motivated, with strong communication and collaboration skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
4. Must have access to a reliable vehicle.
5. Must be able to travel across the area to various gas station locations.
