As an Operations Associate, your primary responsibility will be to provide support to the team to maximize company sales and profitability by maintaining stockroom organization and managing inventory through shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, eCom order fulfillment, markdowns, and merchandising to provide an outstanding shopping experience to every customer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain stockroom organization and manage inventory levels
  • Process shipments and replenish sales floors
  • Fulfill eCom orders and implement markdowns and merchandising strategies
  • Contribute to optimizing inventory management and increasing sales
  • Enhance customer satisfaction while maintaining brand and visual presentation standards

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • 6 months of experience as a stockroom associate or in inventory management
  • Passion for fashion and customer-oriented skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
